I had to be in Balsall Common for a few days. Chose the Premier Inn as it was close by and good value. The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was clean, beds comfy, shower was awesome. Breakfast was great as were the staff in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for the airport , as always the the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, outside looks a bit tired and dated.Not a great first impression? But overall the room was fine for an overnight pre flight stay. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming

This hotel is in a great location for getting to the NEC. 10 minutes drive even in peak traffic. I have stayed at many premier inns, but have never come accross such friendly and happy staff who were only too willing to help. Stayed here 3 nights and customer service was consistently high. This started from the check in desk and continued in the beefeater restaurant at breakfast and dinner. The staff deserve a huge pat on the back for their consistency of delivering great customer service. Well done to all of you! I didn’t meet the chef , but the choice and quality of food was very good too. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable experience.

Stayed at this hotel to be near daughter's location in Kenilworth. We have been here before and like the comfortable rooms, free parking and friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast and drinks options next door in the Brewers Fayre. Can"t fault it!

We ended up staying longer than expected and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent especially Alison who bent over backwards to accommodate us on a daily basis. Would recommend this hotel 100%. All the staff really kind and helpful 24 hours a day
